Worked out the arms today...man that feels good when the arms are pumped up...couldn't scratch my back if I tried...lol...hard work is paying off

Oh my goodness...My least favorite day...the old legs...burn, burn and burn is about all I can say...had a good workout just can't walk...lol

Mon. Feb 27

Had a good workout today...still sore from previous week...feeling better about myself even though the weight loss isn't happening yet...will continue to add more cardio

Brian's Week 1

Monday, Feb. 20
Today was tough because it was the first day...Working out the soreness...Trying to work on form...biggest problem is my air is leaving me quickly...No stamina at all
Tuesday, Feb.21 
Today i was sore from working out yesterday...My walking on the treadmill is demanding also...Cant find my WIND...Eating right so far is going fine...Think I'm over diet mt. dew...Finally

Wednesday, Feb.22

Today is not my favorite day...Its legs day...When i walked into the gym i knew i was in trouble...Steve was smiling and said Come on big boy, its workout time....Had a great workout just sore as heck...Cant even bend over to tie my shoes...Do feel better by the way, just need more air...Flat out give out!

Thursday, Feb. 23

My legs are so sore...Ive promised myself i will never get this out of shape again...Feeling better about myself even though i still look the same!

Friday, Feb. 24

Today was a good day...Workout was great...Still trying to get thru the soreness...Mind over matter...Im at the end of the first week and counting down...One down and 11 to go...

Saturday, Feb.25

Boy was this a wake up call...Did a circuit workout...Little weight but a lot of reps...I found out how out of shape i am...Had to find my second, third, and fourth winds...When i got done with this 36 minute workout i was done...Could not even drink anything...Did not feel like eating until that evening...No joke, my family went out to the olive garden...One of my favorite places...I eat salad and one bread stick...i normally would eat all sorts of stuff but felt bad eating that bread stick.

Sunday, Feb. 26

Hurting in places didn't know existed...Feel great about finishing circuit yesterday...kind of makes you amp it up...Its time to take things to another level...more intense workouts...hopefully wind will get better...no pain no gain, thats no joke!
